As your account was created as an individual account, the VAT exemption cannot be applied.
If your account is to be used for professional purposes, we invite you to modify the data using your Customer Panel.
And to send us the company registration documents in response to this ticket. Otherwise, it will not be possible for the VAT exemption to be confirmed for your account.
